Passwords may be managed and securely stored by the platform provider rather than directly by Everybody Relax.

Everybody Relax does not normally receive or store your complete payment card details. These are handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own security and privacy procedures.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, request a free lesson, join a waiting list or otherwise consent to marketing communications, we may process:

Email marketing may be managed using MailerLite.

MailerLite may process information such as your email address, name, subscription status and interaction with emails.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in our marketing emails.

Withdrawing your marketing consent does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications, for example information relating to a course you purchased, your account, payment or membership.

7. Free lessons, lead magnets and waiting lists

When you register for a free lesson, challenge, downloadable resource, waiting list or similar offer, we use the information you provide to deliver the requested content.

Where you separately consent to receive marketing communications, we may also add you to the Everybody Relax mailing list.

Where marketing consent is required, receiving a free resource does not by itself mean that you have agreed to receive unrelated marketing communications.

8. Everybody Relax Academy and WebToLearn

Everybody Relax may use WebToLearn to host and deliver Everybody Relax Academy, courses, lessons, membership content and related digital services.

When you register or purchase access, information necessary to create and manage your account may be processed through WebToLearn.

Depending on the platform functionality, this may include:

• your name;
• email address;
• account information;
• courses or memberships purchased;
• course access;
• learning activity;
• progress information;
• registration information.

WebToLearn may process this information on behalf of Everybody Relax or in accordance with its own applicable privacy terms.

9. Live sessions and recordings

Everybody Relax Academy may include live online sessions, workshops or events.

Some sessions may be recorded so that Academy members can watch them later.

Where a session is recorded, participants will be informed before or at the beginning of the session.

Depending on the way you participate, a recording could potentially include your display name, voice, image or contributions.

Where possible, you may choose to participate without enabling your camera or microphone if you do not wish to appear in a recording.

Recordings may be made available to authorised Academy members for a limited period or as otherwise communicated in connection with the session.

10. Payments

Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers including:

• PayPal
• Stripe

These providers may process personal and financial information necessary to complete transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and provide payment services.

Payment providers process certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal responsibilities.

Everybody Relax generally does not store complete credit or debit card information.

The Everybody Relax website and Academy may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Some providers act as processors on behalf of Everybody Relax, while others may act as independent data controllers for certain processing activities.

We do not sell your personal data.

Everybody Relax does not use solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals unless specifically disclosed and permitted by law.

20. Children's privacy

Everybody Relax Academy, online courses, newsletters and related services are primarily intended for adults.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where parental consent would be legally required.

The Everybody Relax website, Academy or emails may contain links to external websites or services.
